We ship items as soon as possible, usually the next working day.  All orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Lithuania (EU). Elektrociklas JSC may or may not ship on national EU holidays. Given uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.) we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after completing your transaction. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting Elektrociklas JSC. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of placing your transaction, please contact us at info@perkunobikes.com.

Free shipping applies to orders that include Perkūno EO and delivery address is within mainland EU territory.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Elektrociklas JSC ships to international addresses in countries not specified in our e-store.  For international orders please contact us at info@perkunobikes.com. Sometimes we offer shipping to the nearest airport if shipping company raises issues about door-to-door delivery. You are responsible for estimating and covering any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with shipment of Elektrociklas JSC products to these locations. Elektrociklas is not responsible for any of these fees or costs, nor are we responsible for communicating with your local authorities to facilitate transit. We cannot give you an estimate of these costs beforehand. Elektrociklas JSC is not responsible for the cost or replacement of any product held indefinitely by your local authorities.
